"I wasn't oogling," he said, although he supposed he was. At least he wasn't oogling her though? At least not much. She had a kind of rough and almost aggressive attitude about her that he was a bit intimidated by. Not worth oogling, no matter how tempting it might be. Plus, she was kind of covered in grease and stuff.

Which was sort of true. He couldn't exactly tell her that he went to school. Well he could, she'd just probably assume it was college.
