"You never know what to expect from a place like this," murmured Faye. She could have signed, although she refrained. Honestly, it didn't mean much of a personal difference to her that there was someone out there who could fly — but from the greater perspective of potentially leading them out of the place, it was helpful. Probably a net good.
She tried to view it that way.
"So you've really tested every single direction, huh? I'd been afraid of driving this girl up into the sky, just because... heck, even losing consciousness as I head up there could mean she plummets towards the ground. Maybe less so if I put her on some of her autopilot functions, but still."
