Lips parting to speak, Faye found her mouth clamping shut again. Nothing was wrong, precisely. (And yet, it was, in the sense that Faye didn't know that she would ever be prepared for what was coming up in less than a year.) But Faye didn't even know where to begin. She hadn't even come close to breaching this topic before with Edward.
"Did anyone ever give you the birds and the bees talk?" Faye asked, frowning apprehensively. "Do you know where babies come from, Edward?"
